Our main company is comprised of a management, A&R and publishing company. De Water Music handles all management & development activities and directs our A&R department. We work with various freelancers/ part-timers, depending what kind of style of music we’re working with.

Our record label managed by Live Beyond, a multi-faceted music, entertainment and lifestyle company with offices in Tokyo and London.

Our subdivision that deals with all kinds of visual expressions like video shoots, promo shoots (photography) and live footage.

Our publishing, a part of the Chrysalis Music Publishing Group, works with various parties seeking songs for numerous purposes such as tv commercials, radio jingles, leaders, bumpers or for other artists looking for repertoire. Chrysalis represents an impressive song-catalogue including songs by Michael Jackson, David Bowie, Outkast, Portishead, Blondie, Kraak & Smaak and many more. We own a 50% share in Ampire Records, which is a small independent record label hailing from Rotterdam, The Netherlands. The label was founded in 2008 and had a few critically acclaimed releases such as Curfew’s 4 cd/ dvd box set Delusional Thought and the release of Not So Rich and Famous by Kemo the Blaxican. (of Delinquent Habits fame).  We work closely with other labels like Redrum Recordz (Rotterdam, The Netherlands) and Dead Silence Records (Los Angeles, USA)
